The nearest international airport to Baku is Heydar Aliyev International Airport, about 20 km from the circuit. Baku's circuit can be reached from the airport by car or taxi in approximately 30 minutes.

Baku Airport is served by several leading airlines, including Turkish Airlines, Lufthansa, TAP Air Portugal, Air Canada, British Airways, Qatar Airways, American Airlines, Aeroflot, Air France, Azerbaijan Airlines and Wizz Air.

Directions from the airport

Public transport is very good in Baku, so you do not need to rely on taxis.

One option is the metro. Head to Koroglu station, which is the nearest metro stop to the airport. At Koroglu station you may need to get a taxi, but there is no need as the metro is very efficient. 

If you do decide to take a taxi to your destination, please be aware that taxi drivers can inflate prices  The price from the airport to downtown Baku should not exceed 25 USD.
